As the Vegas Concepts corporate office is located in Irving, the Irving Convention Center is like a neighbor and is a primary event venue for us.
Opened in January of 2011, the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas is among the newest venues in our list. The facility is built to accommodate exhibits, conventions, and other types of social engagements for groups ranging from 800 to 1,200 attendees with a total capacity for 4,000. The architecture itself is a marvel and features a gorgeous view of Las Colinas and the Dallas skyline further beyond.
Arlington Convention Center is nestled among Globe Life Ballpark, AT&T Stadium, 6 Flags over Texas, and a variety of exclusive hotels. It’s central location (directly between Dallas and Fort Worth) and proximity to DFW Airport (15 minutes north), make the Arlington Convention Center an ideal setting for a trade show, corporate event, or private event.
The Arlington Convention Center is also a proud host to the annual holiday Arlington Margarita Ball, raising funds and providing toys for Arlington’s needy since 1982.
Long before being named for State Representative Kay Bailey Hutchison, the Dallas Convention Center has been a primary event for Vegas Concepts. Since our inception in 1984, the convention center in the heart of downtown Dallas has been a frequent site for our Casino events.
The Convention Center is actually a vast multitude of venues, designed to accommodate large groups of over 500.
What used to be The Ballpark at Arlington is now Globe Life Ballpark at Arlington, but it is still the same in that it offers myriad spaces for events. From the assortment of clubs such as, the Jack Daniel’s Club (maximum capacity 1,000), the Capital One Club (maximum capacity 200), the Batter’s Eye Club (maximum capacity 150), to the outside lawn area or the field itself, Globe Life Ballpark provides a great mid-cities locale for your next event.
Opened February, 1996, the Texas Motor Speedway has become a top NASCAR and IndyCar motorsports facility. In addition to a host of available suites for smaller parties during raceday events, Texas Motor also offers a five-star dining facility and a ballroom able to accommodate a maximum of 600 guests – perfect for exhibitions, sales meetings, corporate convention, or any special event.
They also have garages of 22,000 square feet, that can be transformed for hospitality events or used as meeting spaces.
With facilities in Fort Worth, Las Colinas (Irving), Dallas, Frisco/Plano, Richardson, and McKinney, Noah’s has abundant locations throughout the metroplex for corporate events, weddings, or any special occasion. Noah’s provides beautiful buildings for traditional events accommodating up to 250 guests and outdoor areas for larger-sized parties.
In business for over 10 years, Noah’s has maintained a highly recognized national presence and with their multiple locations, are convenient to all areas of the DFW metroplex.
Since its opening in 1997, Lone Star Park has brought the spirit of horseracing right into the heart of the metroplex and has been a top event destination in the mid-cities area.
Lone Star Park offers several event venues, from their private hospitality suites for up to 90 guests to the east and west concourses that can handle up to 5,000, from the Alysheba Room accommodating up to 500 guests, to the Silks Dining Terrace for up to 1,200 guests, Lone Star Park literally has your indoor event covered.
The Courtyard of Champions and Veranda accommodating groups of up to 10,000 and an additional 1,000,000 square feet for guests numbering up to 20,000 are available for your outdoor events.
Opened in 2004, The Empire Room is one of our newer partners on the scene. Located in the Dallas Design District within a mile north of downtown, The Empire Room is regarded as one of the top ten event venues of its kind in Dallas.
Accommodating from 40 to 400 guests and offering 7,500 square feet of indoor event space plus an additional outdoor area with a stunning view of the Dallas skyline, the Empire Room is perfect for smaller to moderate-sized corporate functions, weddings, and other social events.
Located just across the highway from our office for nearly 3 decades was Texas Stadium, one of our most loyal business partners. Since relocating to Arlington in 2006, that relationship has grown even stronger.
The largest event space is the field itself with a maximum capacity of 8,000 guests. For smaller events, there is the Cowboys Locker Room for up to 150 guests, End Zone Platforms for up to 250 guests, Field Level Clubs for up to 350, the IT Amphitheater for up to 48, the Press Box for up to 200, the Post-Game Interview Room for up to 100, Silver-level Lounges for up to 500, Upper-concourse Bars for up to 150, and the Main-level Club for up to 2,500 guests.
Located in the heart of Arlington, one of the largest attractions not only in Texas but the entire nation, AT&T Stadium is a crowning venue among many in the entertainment district. For engagements of 48 to 8,000, AT&T Stadium is a surefire winner!
