These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vegasconcepts.com and your communications with Vegas Concepts, Inc. (“Vegas Concepts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website Information
The website provides general information about our casino entertainment, event planning, party rentals, add-ons, fundraising support, and related services. Website content is for informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
2. Quotes, Availability, and Bookings
A website inquiry or quote request does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create a binding service agreement. Pricing, scope, timing, payment terms, cancellation terms, venue requirements, and other booking details are governed by the written proposal, invoice, or service agreement accepted for a specific event. If these Terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed agreement controls for that event.
3. Entertainment-Only Casino Events
Vegas Concepts provides casino-style entertainment. Our events do not involve wagering or paying out real money. Guests do not receive cash or items of value based directly on casino-game outcomes unless separately arranged and lawful. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any raffle, auction, prize, charitable promotion, alcohol service, venue activity, or fundraising component complies with applicable laws, permits, and venue rules. Information on this website is not legal advice.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate event and contact information.
- Ensure authorized access to the venue and adequate space, power, safety, and setup conditions.
- Comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and the terms of the event agreement.
- Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.
5. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, video, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Vegas Concepts and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit website content without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links, maps, reviews, social media content, videos, feeds, or other services supplied by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that website content is error-free, complete, continuously available, or suitable for every purpose. Event photographs and descriptions are illustrative; actual equipment, layouts, staffing, and results may vary according to the accepted event agreement and circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Concepts and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for a website-related claim will not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for use of the website, if any. Limits for booked events are governed by the applicable event agreement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vegas Concepts and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful website use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
